Madan DESHMUKH is an excellent building and pest inspector, he helped inspect our property and shared an excellent and a well covered report of all items inspected with clear pictures, videos and detailed explanations and future maintenance tips for that specific house. Engaged Madan for pre-purchase building inspection, words are not enough to explain how happy I am with his service. Very thorough inspection, in fact the vendors were surprised that someone can invest so much time and effort for inspecting a property and told me that they are going to use him for their own next inspection. After the inspection, he called and explained some key observations, giving us insights on what we are getting into. By end of day we received an electronic report and must say it is very user friendly. Allows you to move around the report easily and focus on key defects identified. There are pictures and even videos to show how things are looking or working. Absolutely loved the service from Madan and will highly recommend him.
